About Me

I’m Ari Cojocari, a science-based nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Life Sciences from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from Karolinska Institutet (Sweden). My mission is to help people develop healthy eating habits in a realistic, sustainable way - without restrictive diets or unnecessary frustration. Whether you want to improve your overall eating habits, manage your weight, or learn to navigate food labels with confidence, I offer personalised counselling to guide you every step of the way. My passion for nutrition began with an observation I made early in life: not every child grows up in an environment where there is enough knowledge about food to provide a strong foundation for lifelong health. This is not about blame, but about understanding - and finding ways to take control of our wellbeing as adults. I believe in empowering my clients. I won’t just “give you fish”- I’ll teach you how to fish, so that long after our work together, you can make informed choices for your health with confidence and independence.
