Service Description

If you’ve recently started a new eating pattern, like vegetarian or vegan, or if you simply want to check whether your current diet supports your health goals, this service is for you. Together, we’ll review what you’re eating and find simple ways to make improvements. You’ll keep a 1-week food record (including recipes and portions), which I’ll analyze. Then, we’ll meet for two sessions: an introductory call (40 minutes) and a longer follow-up (1 hour 15 minutes) to go through the results in detail and discuss adjustments.
