You’ll get a personalized, realistic meal plan that fits your lifestyle, plus regular check-ins to keep you on track. This service includes weekly 45-minute sessions. After a week of food tracking, I’ll design a plan that adapts your current recipes (or adds new ones) to help you reach your goals in a sustainable way.
